Hey Ladies and Gents.. Women Who Thrive is sweating for a cause on Saturday April 20th at 12:45 p.m. Come join us at the Workout Factory for an hour HIIT class, followed by some light bites, kombucha, and some drinks.. The best part.. Our girl Alex @alexredfit is hosting our workout!!! Alex's high intensity interval training class will bring you through 8 stations that will challenge your strength and endurance. You can expect to use equipment such as TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, plyo boxes, dumbbells, an agility ladder, and more. You will burn tons of calories, learn a little something, and have a great time in the process!
