In continuation of International Women’s Day, Women Who Thrive presents Latinas for Equality. From career to inner self, we are discussing all issues affecting Latinas everywhere today as we join forces in self-advocating for ourselves. Come be inspired as we network, learn and share experiences while tackling the challenges faced by women in all aspects of life. From clothing, skincare, to food that adds nutritional value, we will be hosting LatinX vendors from all over.

Victoria Rivera will be heading our workshop on Mental Health in the Workplace. Victoria is a wellness psychotherapist, She has a private practice in NYC providing holistically oriented treatment to individuals. She began her career in social work working at a day treatment program in the Bronx then at a community mental health clinic for 12 years providing individual and group psychotherapy. During her work she continued her education completing NYU’s Institute for Psychoanalytic Education, Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program, Certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s health coaching certification program.
Chrisa Zindros Boyce will be heading our workshop on Work-Life Balance for the Everyday Woman. Chrisa has been a consultant, executive coach and educator with Handel Group since 2009. She teaches her clients how define their leadership brand, strengthen their competitive edge and foster relationships that impact the bottom line.Through an in depth process, she helps clients mitigate bad habits, re-balance their priorities, gain confidence and once and for all, master work- life balance.
